The Texas Wendish Heritage Museum continues to offer unique opportunities to experience and celebrate the rich Wendish culture right here in our community.

On May 30th, join a hands-on Coffee Cake Baking Class led by Joyce Jenke. This in-person class will walk participants step-by-step through creating delicious, traditional coffee cakes. Then on June 6th, don’t miss the Wendish Easter Egg Decorating Class. Instructors Sandra Matthijetz and Susan Under will guide participants through the detailed art of creating beautifully decorated eggs. This all-day class is $75 and includes all supplies, tools, an egg-decorating book, snacks, and instruction. Participants are encouraged to bring a lunch.
